**Responsibilities**:
**1. **Literacy Assessments**:

- Conducting ICR assessments for prospective students approximately aged between 2.5 - 8 years old
- Conducting detailed consultations with parents/guardians outlining the ICR pedagogy, teaching methodology, classroom conduct, learning objectives and specifics pertaining to the assessment outcome and the recommended ICR course
- To be familiar with the industry and what makes ICR unique; to be able to relay this to parents/guardians succinctly
- Working alongside the Centre Teams, District Managers, Enrolment Team to ensure the smooth running of ICR Assessment Days, Open House events and Roadshow events

**2. **Contribute to Student Growth**
- Increasing sign-ups through competently conducted assessments and working towards monthly targets
- Confidently represent the ICR programme and encourage maximum enrolment
- Monitoring leads and strategically target locations for maximum results
- To re-engage and assist in rebooking of assessments for those who missed or cancelled appointments

**3. **Teaching**
- Conducting I Can Read lessons on specific days eg. Friday and Sunday when there are no assessment duties assigned

**4. **Any other duties**:

- Conducting ad hoc administrative tasks
- Attending additional training if and when required
- Assisting with ad hoc duties and student recruitment events
