**Key Responsibilities:
**1. Design Sustainable Solutions**:

- Create green architectural systems and solutions tailored to diverse client needs.
- Integrate renewable energy systems (e.g. solar) into smart building designs.
- Conduct market research to recommend cutting-edge energy-efficient technologies and solutions.

**2. Manage Tender Preparation**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare competitive and detailed tender proposals.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to understand client requirements.
- Ensure all tender submissions meet regulatory and sustainability standards.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve impactful and profitable outcomes.

**3. Drive Green Innovation**:

- Partner with engineering team, vendors, and service providers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Demonstrate the value of your solutions through cost-benefit analyses.

**4. Ensure Compliance**:

- Stay ahead of industry trends, certifications, and environmental regulations.
- Promote best practices in sustainability and energy management.

**5. Engage Clients**:

- Act as a trusted advisor, bridging client needs with innovative green solutions.Build lasting relationships with stakeholders to drive long-term sustainability goals.

**To perform in this role, you should have:
**Education**:Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

**Experience**:Proven track record in sales development, lead generation, and tender preparation, especially in green architectural systems and solutions.

**Mindset**:A growth-oriented, innovative thinker passionate about sustainability.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication for presentations and collaboration.
- Problem-solving and multitasking in fast-paced environments.A proactive, results-driven approach with pride in closing impactful deals.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with smart building systems, IoT for energy management, and microgrid solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing HVAC solutionsProficiency in tools like CAD, SketchUp, PV Syst, and HelioScope.
