**Our Fortune Global 500 client is a worldwide underground solutions provider for a full range of mechanized tunnelling technology and services. As they expand in Singapore and in the region, they are hiring for new team members to join them**

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, programme and monitor the overall progress of Tunnel boring machine (TBM) works and tunnelling activities.
- Able to work independently and respond to clients queries, investigate TBM technical aspects and root cause of problems, to solve technical problems that arise to initiate corrective actions to rectify problems. Develop preventative maintenance plans and provide support and measures to prevent recurrence of TBMs problems.
- Able to interpret the Contract and extract all essential information with the project team for the efficient and effective management of the project to meet its objectives.
- To liaise with Client, Clients Consultants, Contractor and Local Authorities to identify and work out TBM tunnel progress and project scope and objectives, handle client expectations and requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive tunnel project documentation, plans and reports.
- Perform day-to-day tunnel works coordination, risk management, liaison, control and supervision of resources including all project team members, sub-contractors and related clients to ensure that the tunnel project meets its objectives.
- Oversee and manage the tunnel project team to ensure timely delivery according to planned milestone dates in the project, within resources allocated and in compliance with contractual requirements. 

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Fluency in English, Mandarin to coordinate with the Mandarin-speaking client, supplier, contractor etc.
- Proficient in MS Office and drawing software
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player with strong passion in project management, marketing
- Self-motivated and able to leverage on team
- Resourceful, meticulous, able to multi-task and handle pressure well
- Experience working in Regional Rail Transport industry is a plus
- Willingness to travel
