QA Officer
** Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Coordinate and support SFA booking and inspection.
- Prepare and issue Goods Damaged Reports to relevant departments.
- Conduct routine warehouse inspections.
- Maintain operation records.
- Manage the release of consignment on Infolog.
- Support pest control activities.
- Arrange goods disposal services.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**To be successful, you will need**:

- Minimum a Diploma in Food Tech, Science, or any related studies.
- Preferably with certification or relevant training in BRCGS/ HACCP/ ISO 9001/ ISO 22301 /HALAL standards.
- Experience in conducting audits, with prior experience in food safety audits being an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive mindset
