The Senior Research Engineer will lead the development of prototypes and optimization of data engineering and AI solutions for innovative research projects. Key responsibilities include managing distributed data systems, driving IoT implementations, and ensuring successful collaboration with stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable data engineering platforms and AI-driven solutions.
- Manage and optimize distributed data processing systems, hybrid cloud infrastructures, and advanced analytics platforms.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IoT-based communication solutions for projects in smart cities, healthcare, and logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers and external partners, to deliver innovative technology solutions tailored to project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with data security standards and promote ethical AI practices in all initiatives.
- Drive the creation of client-centric solutions and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Produce detailed project documentation, including technical reports, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations.

**Job Requirements**:
Knowledge and Experience:

- Proven expertise in data engineering, distributed processing systems, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong background in machine learning, IoT frameworks, and advanced analytics tools.
- Experience in designing scalable platforms for various industries, including telecom, healthcare, and logistics.
- Evidence of developing Large Scale Industrial Machine Learning and Optimization models.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong skills Software Architecture Design.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and Shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Hadoop, Spark, Kubernetes, and messaging/streaming systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 10-15 years of relevant work experience in data engineering and analytics.
- Technical certifications in cloud computing, data processing, or AI are an advantage.
