Accounts Receivable - Transactions:

- Monitor and identify issues with billing and bank file load. Escalate issues or recommend resolution as appropriate.
- Uploading invoices in Korea Tax portal timely
- Monthly Korean Tax reconciliation and following up on Korea eVAT invoices with internal stakeholders and external tax agency
- Strong communication skills and the ability to assume increasing responsibilities in a rapidly-changing environment
- Setting up Credit Card payment link for Korean customers
- Purchase of guarantee for contracts / tender
- Perform other duties as assigned

Accounts Receivable - Credit and Collections:

- Collection, manage and resolution of outstanding invoices from past due accounts.
- Sending out of monthly statement of accounts to customers / channel partners
- Preparing weekly Accounts Receivable aging reports for internal stakeholders
- Updating collection / payment status in our collection web portal (GetPaid).
- Multi-task various aspects of the position while being able to prioritize daily workload in order to achieve collection goals as well as provide quality customer service.
