**Job Role - ATE Tester**

**Location - Work from Office (Singapore)**

**Job Requirement:

- **
- Around 3+ years of experience in ATE Final test & Wafer sort test program development, Silicon qualification and Wafer sort HW design.
- ATE test program development, ATE testing and Silicon qualification.
- Design/Develop Final ATE Test Load board and Wafersort - Probecard.
- Define/Test Plan for the ATE Testing and Silicon Qualification.
- Develop Test program for Final ATE and wafer sort testing based on Advantest Verigy-93K.
- Work with Customer/Probe card & load board vendor and validate the HW.
- Perform Characterization Testing, prepare test specifications, define tests, conditions, criteria, etc.
- Hands-on test debugging, RMA analysis, and improving test solutions (Hardware and Software).
- Develop team technical competency.
- Build product test plan, schedule, resources requirement and project tracking and execution.
- Conduct product test and releases review, approve the test program releases.
- Maintain and improve the product test process.

**Salary**: Up to $5,000.00 per month
