**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and analyze processes suitable for automation to enhance productivity.
- Develop, configure, and improvise RPA bots and workflows to automate tasks and processes.
- Ensure accurate and reliable performance through thorough testing and seamless integration.
- Monitor and maintain RPA bots and optimize automation processes for increased efficiency.
- Ensure RPA implementations meet security and privacy standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, C#, Java).
- Familiarity with process analysis, workflow design, and automation.
- Familiar with process and workflow documentation
