Orange Force Ambassador

As an Orange Force Ambassador is a person who spends much time riding on the road, always ready to serve Income Motor policyholders when the call arises. He must be well groomed and passionate to serve, as the face and voice of Income Insurance Ltd. The Ambassador is responsible to assist Income Motor policyholders during accident to manage the scene or after to file accident report. He must possess a clear mind with good conversational skills to provide dutiful advice to serve the best interest of the motor policyholders, and to achieve a positive outcome for all.

In addition to being customer centric, the Orange Force Ambassador must be resilient, performance and goal driven.

You are required to:

- Assist Income Motor policyholders at accident scene
- Assist Income Motor policyholders to file accident report
- Advise on post-accident and claim matters
- Advise on settlement options to achieve claim savings

You should:

- Possess a Diploma or Degree in any field
- Possess a Singapore Traffic Police Class 2A riding license
- Be performance and people oriented
- Be passionate about motorcycle riding and safety
- Have no traffic offence in the last 2 years
- Having customer service or sales experience will be an advantage

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,400.00 per month

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Driving: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Class 2A Driving Licence (preferred)
