**Job Scope**:

- Develop strategic plans for merchandise launches and promotions, including pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with Japan to ensure timely delivery of stocks.
- Conduct sales forecasting, budget management, and analysis of sales performance.
- Execute promotion strategies, seasonal changes, and product launches.
- Analyze daily and weekly sales, gross profit, and sales turnover to develop weekly merchandise action plans.
- Collaborate with the Store Operations Team to manage stock levels, address aged merchandise, and propose improvement plans.
- Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to enhance merchandise displays.
- Prepare merchandising reports and forecasts to support department purchasing objectives.
- Analyze and compile weekly/periodic reports for management.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma in related fields
- Experience in similar capacity/ retail industry will be an added advantage
