:

- Lead Internal Audit’s risk assessment and planning process to develop the audit plan for responsible business areas and ensure the plan is responsive to and aligned with the risk profile of the organization.
- Oversee the execution of individual audits defined in the audit plan ensuring the highest level of service quality and client satisfaction.
- Issue Internal Audit reports ensuring the reports are clear, concise, identify root causes with practical solutions, and ultimately provide value to management.
- Present and communicate critical audit observations with senior management, and collect and response risk inputs from management for the responsible business areas.

Bachelor’s degree and above or other relevant certification preferred (e.g. Certified Internal Audit, Certified Public Accountant, ACCA, CISA).
- Internet, e-Commerce or other high-tech and fast paced industry experience is mandatory due to the nature of the role
- Prior experience working with Global teams / MNC experience is preferred
- 10+ or more years’ audit or internal control experience in a related field
- Prior experience in team management is mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to interact with employees, upper management and external auditors.
- Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
- Native Mandarin-speaking fluency is mandatory as the role requires team management and daily liaison with Chinese external counterparts and stakeholders in the China market
- Prior Remote team management experience is mandatory
