**Job Scope**:

- Review project specifications, drawings, and plans to understand requirements
- Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and develop project schedules and timelines
- Coordinate and oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to plans
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress and milestones
- Identify design flaws or changes and propose corrective actions
- Manage communications between involved parties - clients, contractors, vendors
- Ensure compliance with regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Recommend and implement measures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Supervise procurement and installation of equipment and materials
- Manage change orders and contract amendments as needed
- Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate record keeping
- Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in any engineering or other disciplines
- Relevant experience will be added advantage
