**About the Role**:
We are a fast-growing crypto neobank launching out of Asia, with a mission to redefine the future of finance on-chain.Our Customer Service (CS) function goes far beyond standard support — we're the first line of defense in protecting user assets and upholding regulatory integrity. This role is critical, and mistakes can have significant consequences. We're looking for individuals who are razor-sharp with numbers, deeply responsible, and thrive in high-stakes environments.

**岗位职责**:

- 负责核心后端系统的设计与开发，涵盖高并发、高可用的百万级流量架构；
- 使用 Go 或 Java 构建微服务系统，支持业务快速迭代与横向扩展；
- 参与支付相关系统的架构设计与接入，包括收付款、风控、清结算等模块；
- 对接区块链基础设施，理解并实现与 Solidity 合约的集成；
- 与产品、前端、区块链及风控团队密切协作，推进系统稳定、安全、高性能演进；
- 持续优化系统架构、性能与可维护性，推动技术栈的演进与规范建设。

**任职要求**:

- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5 年以上后端开发经验；
- 精通 Go 或 Java，具备良好的代码风格和工程实践；
- 有百万级并发或高可用架构的设计和落地经验；
- 熟悉支付系统（第三方支付、卡支付、加密支付等）业务流程及风控模型；
- 理解区块链原理，熟悉 EVM 架构与 Solidity 合约交互；
- 具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作意识和责任心，能独立承担复杂系统模块。

**加分项**:

- 有钱包服务开发经验；
- 有实际编写与部署 Solidity 合约的经验；
- 熟悉 账户抽象等前沿 Web3 领域；
- 具备 DevOps/微服务治理经验（如 Kubernetes、Service Mesh、CI/CD）。
