What we’re looking for:
Skills you’ll need:
- Test development for new product attaining low cost test solution and high-test coverage for MCU, RF SOC devices- Test/handler solution platform migration and correlation to attain low test cost and address test setup capacity constraints.- Test time reduction.- Perform yield analysis and contribute to test process improvements.- Responsible for overseeing product reliability stresses as well as new package qualification stresses and test results.- Support test solution transfer to test suppliers.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in EE or EEE, with 8 years relevant experience, for advanced degree holder the year of experience can be reduced.
