YOUR ROLE

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of Bulky Returns
- Oversee returns of bulky items (TRG, machines, bikes, etc.) and ensure operational standards across all fulfilment centres in Singapore.
- Maintain safety standards, monitor stock rotation, and collaborate with the Ecommerce Operations network to ensure updated SOPs.
- Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, including delays, anomalies, and stock shortages.
- Manage consumables, oversee cleaning, and report tech issues to IT.
- Refurbishment of Defective Returns
- Ensure quality repairs and maintenance of defective returns, adhering to operational procedures and deadlines.
- Use appropriate tools, manage spare parts inventory, and ensure all repairs meet safety standards with renewed warranties.
- Coordinate workshop tasks for efficient workflow and high rotation of products.
- Omni-Sales Organisation of Second Life Items
- Create and manage the inventory of second life (bulky returns) products, ensuring they are listed accurately and attractively online.
- Upload products to online marketplaces with clear defect descriptions and images.
- Manage stock flow, minimize sleep time of stock, and follow up on customer orders to ensure high satisfaction and delivery service quality.

**Requirements**:
**Skills Required**:

- Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory tracking.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various software tools and systems for inventory management, returns processing, and repair tracking.
- Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences and resolving issues proactively.
