As we expand our global supply chain capabilities, we're looking for a Procurement Manager with strong strategic sourcing and supplier development expertise to join our Singapore team and support our regional operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Centralized Procurement Strategy & Contracting
Develop and implement regional procurement agreements to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
Lead contract negotiations and ensure supplier compliance with commercial terms.
- Overseas Supplier Development & Tiered Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic suppliers across Asia-Pacific and other regions.
Build supplier segmentation and tiering strategies to drive value, performance, and innovation.
- Regional Procurement Analysis & Reporting
Conduct spend analysis, supplier performance reviews, and procurement data reporting to support business decisions.
Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities to advise internal stakeholders.
- Procurement Governance & Approval Process
Ensure procurement activities adhere to internal approval workflows and compliance policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, logistics) to support sourcing decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally in electronics, data center infrastructure, or telecommunications.
- Strong knowledge of overseas supply chain development and vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel/ERP systems and able to generate data-driven insights.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential (to liaise with HQ in China and regional suppliers).
