**Responsibilities**:
ASRS Maintenance

1. Plan and execute service and maintenance of the ASRS installation in respect of the PLC control and conveyor systems

2. Responsibilities of operating and maintenance of the ASRS equipment.

3. Resolve operational problem relating to the PLC control, senors and conveyors systems and other electrical and/or mechanical installations

4. Improve and upgrade of the ASRS equipement

5. Liasie closely with other department on work schedule, especially operations

6. Keep record of maintenance, repairs, uptime/downtime and spare part list and inventories.

7. Source and replenish ASRS spare parts

8. Prepare monthly down time report and spare inventory report

9. Prepare montly maintenance and shift schedule

10. Support ASRS operation 24/7 or standby for ASRS 24/7

11. Monthly checking of sprinkler for any leakage in ASRS

**Job Requirements**
- At lease Nitec in Electricial and Mechanical or Automation
- Basic PLC knowledge, understanding of sensor, motor and starter AC & DC power, drive controller is required
- Willing to work at height
- Rotating shift, require to work at night (3 shifts per day)
