Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Prepare documentation for customs clearance and delivery orders.

Track shipments, update sales teams on any delays, and manage delivery requirements.

Liaise with external warehouses and coordinate repacking or space allocation as needed.

Maintain accurate logistics reports

Assist with operational tasks and ad-hoc duties as required.

For Junior Logistics Executive (Fresh Graduates):
On-the-job training provided.

A strong interest in logistics and operations.

Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

**Requirements**:
Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
