Role Overview
The role of the Brand & Marketing Lead is to drive brand storytelling through the development and execution of impactful brand assets that convey the brand’s personality, and support the marketing function at Core Collective by executing activities that drive brand awareness, brand engagement and generate high quality leads for the business and the businesses functioning under Core Collective.
Key Branding Responsibilities:
- Working within the Core Collective marketing team and across departments to conceptualise, design, and create compelling brand assets across multiple platforms.
- Ensuring the Core Collective brand remains recognizable, up to date and exciting to customers.
- Maintaining and expanding on current brand guidelines and optimizing the use of scalable branded templates within the team.
**Key Marketing Responsibilities**:
- Execute a B2B and B2C digital marketing plan that builds brand awareness and attracts high-quality member leads
- Manage and coordinate brand partnerships and event space rental enquiries to drive business results and revenue
- Execute a B2C inbound and outbound corporate partnerships strategy
As a member of the Core Collective marketing team, the Brand and Marketing Lead will work closely with the Core Collective marketing team and report directly to the Assistant Marketing Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualise, design and create strategic brand assets for marketing distributions across multiple channels
2. Ensure that the Core Collective brand remains recognizable, up to date and exciting to customers
3. Maintain and expand on Core Collective’s existing brand guidelines and optimise the use of scalable branded templates within the team.
4. Execute a B2B and B2C digital marketing plan that builds brand awareness and attracts high-quality member leads
a) Facebook & Instagram Posts
b) SEO Optimisation
c) Paid Ads on Google’s SEM & GDN platforms, Facebook, LinkedIn and other paid digital channels.
d) Website Management
e) Electronic Direct Mailer
He/she will also be expected to drive EDM design ensuring it is consistent with the Core Collective brand and liaise with residents/partners on EDM content.
5. Manage and coordinate brand partnerships and event space rental enquiries to drive business results and revenue
6. Execute a B2C inbound and outbound corporate partnerships strategy
7. Other important requirements
As Core Collective’s brand custodian, he/she must take strong ownership of this responsibility and be committed to growth and personal development.
He/she must have/demonstrate the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Visual Communications or related field
- Knowledge of relevant tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Google G-Suite
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A good eye for typography
- A good grasp on marketing concepts and a keen eye for the latest marketing trends and best practices

A passion for and understanding of the Fitness and Wellness industry, prior experience planning and managing a social media account (preferably for a business), and strong photography/video editing skills are a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,400.00 per month
