**Responsibilities**
- Onboard new clients and understand on a deeper level of their business.
- Research on client’s competitors based on available software and create a report based on their online activities for their reference.
- Guide clients and create the ideal customer avatars for them.
- Brainstorm, Strategise, and plan Digital Marketing Campaigns for our clients based on the budgets allocated.
- Develop Marketing message.
- Executive, monitor and oversee our Digital Marketing Campaigns and whenever needed, make adjustments to the Campaigns so as to improve the results.
- Prepare the Campaign’s Performance Report, analyse the results, and make necessary recommendations to improve the Campaigns.
- Lead a team and delicate appropriate tasks for them to execute so as to achieve the overall Campaign objective(s).
- Manage the morale of the team and encourage initiatives.
- Conduct Staff Performance Appraisal for the team. Maintain Company Brand’s Image.
- Manage all our clients Digital Marketing Campaigns.
- Meeting up with clients and present to new or existing clients whenever needed.
- Always be learning on the new trends and Digital Marketing Strategies so that you can share and improve the Digital Marketing knowledge for the team.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Marketing Communications / Marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 1 years Digital Marketing experience in running Digital Marketing Campaigns on Facebook/Instagram or Google SEM.
- In-depth knowledge of various Social Media Platforms, best practices and website analytics.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Pro-active, hardworking, good working attitude, resourceful, and a problem solver.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate complex concept
