**About the Role:
We are looking for a Freelance Wound Care Nurse to engage on per case basis to provide treatment and support to wound care patients in their wound healing journey with a focus on patient care and safety.

**Job Description:
- Conduct thorough assessment and continuous monitoring of wounds.
- Perform wound bed preparation and peri-wound protection.
- Execute wound dressing changes at patient homes, hospitals or clinics.
- Be available for wound dressing changes after office hours or on weekends as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper wound care for prescribed therapy.
- Proficiently handle Negative Pressure Wound Therapy dressing changes, including on-the-spot troubleshooting or remote guidance over the phone.
- Administer wound dressing changes for prescribed therapies (training will be provided)
- Prepare detailed wound reports for submission to clinicians.
- Promptly escalate patient cases to clinicians when necessary (e.g., signs of infection or deterioration of the wound).
- Strictly adhere to approved standards of nursing practices and protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Nursing or higher qualification
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Competent in wound bed preparation, including debridement
- Mandatory experience in Negative Pressure Wound Therapy
