Through School Football Academies and ActiveSG Football Academies around Singapore, the aim is to produce a cohort of players every year with a holistic development and solid foundation of physical, technical, mental and tactical skills, each of whom is primed to maximise his/her individual potential.

As part of the coaching team, you will be part of a dynamic team of coaches responsible for the delivery of an elite level under the _Unleash the Roar_ In this role, you will deliver an elite level School Football Academy goalkeeping coaching program to assigned players under the _Unleash the Roar(UTR)_ project. You will implement the football program, incorporate the National Football Curriculum and Football Philosophy as well as develop the student-athletes in character and leadership in their school. You will need to liaise with relevant staff regarding the holistic development of the young goalkeepers across the assigned training centres. _For Lead Goalkeeping Coach_, you will lead and mentor a team of Goalkeeping coaches assigned to training centres within the UTR Project as well as performing a leading role in working with UTR Technical Team (that includes FAS Goalkeeper department) to develop, implement, and manage the youth goalkeeper programs for assigned training centres that is in line with the Singapore National Football Curriculum and Football Philosophy. You will also keep an oversight on the goalkeeping talent in the SFA/AFA programme as well as the youth ecosystem and together with the FAS Head of Goalkeeping, plan, design, organise and conduct continuous education courses for youth goalkeeper coaches assigned to training centres.

**Requirements**:

- Asian Football Confederation (AFC) level 2 GK or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience of working with young athletes/children in a similar role preferred
- Has worked in a high-performance environment
- Understands Long-Term Athlete Development principles
- Valid National Registry of Coaches (NROC) membership preferred
- High level of communication skills (written & spoken)
- Good command of English (written & spoken)
- Good team player who can work on own initiative
- Computer skills
- For Lead Goalkeeping Coach, experience in leading a team of more than 3 staff members is preferred.
