**Operations Coordinator (Telemedicine, Logistics, MCMW)**:
**Broad Function**
- Responsible for the logistics in organising the daily transportation services for eligible Migrant Workers to SATA Medical Centres for Migrant Workers (MCMW) in a timely, efficient manner. This includes liaison with appointed transport companies, client dormitory operators and employers.
- Where assigned, responsible for the coordination of follow-up care for migrant workers at SATA MCMWs, Onsite Medical Centres (OMCs) as well as SATA CommHealth medical centres from tele-consult.
**The Job**
Transportation and Telemedicine
- Responsible for the real-time coordination of pick-up and drop-off of MWs from their dormitories and eligible places of residence.
- Handle dormitory operators’ and employer enquiries on transportation and other services provided at SATA CommHealth MWMCs and OMCs.
- Work with the Senior Executive, TM and Logistics and duty Operations Executives (OEs) at each sector in ensuring that the conveyance is on schedule.
- Assist the Senior Executive, TM and Logistics in the investigation and follow up on patient and client feedback.
- Where assigned, work closely with the duty TM doctor for on-site follow up for Tele-Medicine (TM) patients.
- Keep up-to-date with the various service components of MW Care under the Primary Care Plan at MCMWs and OMCs.
- Submission of reports to HQ and Stakeholders in a timely manner.
**The Person**
- At least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, with experience in transport coordination preferred.
- Able to multi-task and strive in a fast-paced and matrix organizational structure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer-service mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with prior experience managing clinic management systems
