[What the role is]

DEPUTY MANAGER, BUS OPERATIONS

[What you will be working on]

You will oversee a team of officers to ensure that the public bus operators put in place measures to minimise bus fare revenue leaks, as well as audit the bus operators’ declared fare evasion rates. You will be actively involved in the collation and analyse of fare evasion data as part of bus fare revenue protection measures. You will also work with other LTA divisions and the bus operators to develop the equipment used for fare evasion checks. You will liaise often with other government and non-government agencies, as well as the public bus operators in the course of your work.

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership post
- Resourceful team player with good initiatives, situational awareness, integrity and ability to work independently
- Mature and ability to analyse operation needs and put in place procedures or processes to optimise work flow
- Meticulous and have an eye for details, with good writing, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
