**Responsibilities**:

- Success track record of managing all phases of projects and overall responsibility for client satisfaction
- Ensuring budgetary control, and quality of work
- Work well within a team and is able to collaborate own ideas to clients' satisfaction
- Work closely with Project Director to execute the realization of project design goals.
- Overseeing the full spectrum of the design process for workplace designs
- Understand how to conduct a feasibility study, ISQ request for quotation, Prepare design concept to present to the client
- Designing layout plan, quoting for suitable material
- Exposure to a Design & Build work environment
- Basic knowledge in 3d / 2d modelling

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience in workplace design.
- A minimum Diploma qualification
- Sound working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project
- Good team player skills
- Good presentation skills including the use of appropriate presentation software
- Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, and ability to gain clients' confidence through knowledge, competence, and gravitas
