**Objective**:
To design and lead the end-to-end training strategy supporting global ERP adoption for a diverse workforce, ranging from field personnel to corporate teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and execute a global training strategy integrated with change and deployment plans.
- Design modular, role-based training curricula across multiple functions (e.g., Sales, Project Mgmt, Finance, HR).
- Oversee blended learning solutions (ILT, e-learning, virtual, mobile-friendly formats).
- Drive “train-the-trainer” models with localization support.
- Manage logistics, readiness assessments, and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Change Management, Communications, and PMO teams.

Requirement:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate learning and development, including 5+ years in a training leadership role for global ERP implementations.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proven track record in multi-country, multi-language training delivery
- Proficiency in using learning development tools (e.g., online portals, access to sandbox environments, SAP WalkMe, Adobe Captivate, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organization
