- Reporting to the Finance Manager
- Monthly preparation of group consolidation for statutory and management reporting functions
- Monthly review of the financial results of subsidiaries
- Preparation of full set of accounts for dormant subsidiaries
- Timely and accurate preparation and analysis of financial and management reports, quarterly reports and SGX announcements of the group
- Liaison with external and internal auditors during the annual audit process
- Preparation of tax computations and liaison with tax agents
- Preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- Preparation of group Annual Report
- Other ad-hoc project work as required.
**Job Requirements**
- Good accountancy degree, CPA qualification will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with Singapore/International Financial Reporting Standards, with strong accounting knowledge
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience, preferably with experience in audit, handling consolidation and being in reviewer roles.
- Self-motivated, with a positive learning attitude, able to work independently and proactively within a team.
