**Salary**:Starting$2,000/month

**Working days**: 5-6 days a week

We're looking for an enthusiastic **Hair Assistant**who’s ready to launch their career in a space that celebrates learning, experimentation, and style. This is your chance to grow under the guidance of top stylists and be part of a community where creativity is contagious.

**THE JOB**:

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and the salon area.
- Welcome clients and ensure they feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for.
- Prepare workstations and stock up supplies ahead of appointments.
- Learn and support coloring, toning, and other techniques under supervision.
- Support team with laundry, towel management, and general salon upkeep.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Friendly, eager to learn, and passionate about hair, fashion, and aesthetics.
- A recent hair school graduate or someone considering a career in hairstyling.
- Excellent hygiene, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
- Able to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Demonstrate visible progress in foundational hair skills month by month.
- Ensure clients are welcomed, seated, and comfortable
- Ensure all tools are sterilized and stored correctly after each use.
- Provide accurate and timely prep work for stylists (e.g. mixing color, sectioning hair, blow-drying under supervision).
- Stay alert to stylists' needs and proactively assist to minimize downtime.
- Follow all health and safety protocols related to chemical services and sanitation.
