**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in providing outstanding service to guests in restaurants, bars, banquet halls, or during room service.
- Learn to take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and presentation of dining areas to meet 5-star standards.
- Observe and participate in guest interactions, learning how to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Gain knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene practices in a professional F&B setting.
- Assist with special events, weddings, and corporate functions as needed.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality, Culinary, Events Management or related program.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages such as Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil are highly valued).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Eagerness to develop skills and grow within the hospitality industry.
