**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in preparing new hires’ Letter of Appointment
- Prepare Pre-Employment medical document for New Hires
- Work with HR Ops to support TA team’s new staff on-boarding process
- Create and assign new job requisition
- Maintain and upkeep job requisition status in ATS quarterly
- Manage Employee Referral Programme - Collate and provide job listing to be published monthly
- Maintain a tracker for data entry, data analytics, event management and reporting in a timely and accurate manner
- Take minutes for Monthly TA Meetings
- Participate in processing improvement process
- Support any ad-hoc duties
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree from any fields
- At least 2 - 5 years of administrative support.
- Experience in in-house recruitment / HR Operations for Tech related industry - preferred
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced working environment.
- Prior experience in ATS (SuccessFactors) - added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, handle ambiguity and manage pressure
