**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Manage treatment appointments
- Consult customers before and after treatment
- Upsell spa packages and products
- Manage customer complaints
- Ensure store cleanliness and hygiene is well maintained
- Ad hoc paperwork and duties assigned
- Manage daily operations in the absence of the Spa Manager

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Basic computer literacy skills (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc)
- Able to commit 6 days a week, including all weekends and PHs
- Able to work from 1.30pm to 10.30pm, inclusive of 60 minutes break
- Sales driven with sociable and outgoing personality
- Good customer service and team player
- Able to multi-task under pressure
- Experience in retail sales is a plus
