- **Salary**: $3,400 - $4,200 (5 days work week, 44 hours & no split shifts)

**What You’ll Do**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of your shift, ensuring a seamless and refined guest experience in line with Merci Marcel’s high standards.
- Lead by example—guiding, training, and inspiring the team to deliver warm, attentive, and elevated service.
- Manage inventory and supply orders with precision, while maintaining impeccable cleanliness and safety throughout the venue.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with poise and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Monitor staff performance and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback to support growth and excellence.
- Uphold and enforce strict compliance with all health, hygiene, and safety regulations, maintaining a pristine and welcoming environment.
