Job Description Summary

The Intern, Digital International (Retail Systems) supports the expansion and subsequent release of project phases for the feature or product of the organisation. He/she is expected to gain in-depth knowledge on the implementation of digital solutions within the retail domain.

He/she will need to be a collaborative team player with strong communication skills and project management skills.

**Job Description**:
You will be working closely with the Digital International (Retail Systems) team to assist with the implementation and management of various systems, for example, CapitaStar.

**Responsibilities**:
- To participate, contribute and gain in-depth understanding on the implementation of digital solutions- To participate, contribute and gain experience in real life project management such as business user requirement, detailed project plan, milestones, issues and resolution management- To facilitate between service provider and business users on User Acceptance Test (UAT) test plan, timeline and oversees UAT progress- To assist project manager in conducting functional, user experience, compatibility, security test of existing and new systems- To understand solution architecture of various systems and assist project manager to ensure the workability of vendor’s proposed solution- To learn and manage project change requests- To provide post-implementation user support

**Requirements**:
- Preferred studies in Information Technology, Information Systems, or any other related disciplines- Self-starters who are keen to jump into the deep end and learn while doing- Collaborative team players with strong communication skills- Logical and have a keen eye for detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize
