Responsibilities
- Responsible to manage and control documents related to managements systems.
- Assist to establish work procedures/ Instructions, liaise with HQ counterpart when required.
- Perform periodic audit/ check to ensure practises align with company procedures.
- Monitor progress of internal audits and consolidate audit findings and CAPA.
- Handle calibration management program
- Perform other task assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager
Requirements
- A level, Diploma or Undergraduate.
- At least 1 year working experience in performing Document Control functions preferable.
- Working knowledge of ISO9001/ ISO14001 /ISO18001 Management System Documentation requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word)
- Meticulous, self-driven and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
