**Job Responsibilities**:
The Operations Intern will support the team with a wide range of administrative, project coordination and process optimization tasks, and contribute to the successful operations of our Cloud Services team that is responsible to develop and operate the backbone services that is consumed by millions of gamers across the world 24x7.

You will be exposed to the following areas during the internship:

- Scheduling and recording minutes for relevant meetings and coordinating their distribution.
- Assisting Project Managers with internal and inter-department communication and coordination on projects of various sizes.
- Assisting the team with resource planning to optimize productivity and cross-collaboration between business units.
- Identify process optimization opportunities and work with developers to implement automated pipelines.
- Helping project teams up-to-date with the latest information related to on-going projects and keeping track of the project progress.

**Pre-Requisites**:

- Excellent attention to detail, enjoy organizing and want to contribute your analytical and interpersonal skills to the delivery of projects.
- Proactive, innovative, flexible and willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities with an desire to develop in project manager roles.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira and Confluences. Prior experiences with Microsoft Planner is a bonus.
- Excellent organizational skills and a passion for maintaining high levels of organization tasks and processes.
- The ability to respond to conflicting deadlines, work independently and self-manage your time.
- “Can do” attitude, and the initiative, positivity and creativity required to continually improve services
