- Mani Sharma- Recruiter Our Client an Asset Management firm is seeking a detail-oriented Client Reporting Specialist to join our team in Singapore. As part of the Fund Operations department, you will be responsible for preparing and ensuring the quality of monthly, quarterly, and periodic client reports aligned with specific investment strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and quality-check reports according to designated investment strategies.
- Coordinate information flow between internal teams to ensure timely and accurate report completion.
- Assist in maintaining accurate reporting records and databases as per departmental procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, responding promptly to queries.
- Ensure adherence to procedures, provide training, and report significant matters promptly.
- Design custom reports to meet evolving client, consultant, and data vendor needs.
- Collaborate on projects to improve team procedures and standards.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement within Client Reporting.

**Experience/Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in financial services, with a focus on client reporting and administration.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with Power Query and Power BI is a plus.
- Strong understanding of investment principles and performance calculations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
