JobTech is a product start-up looking to solve real world labour problems and deliver the best possible experience to our end users. In this unique role, you will be responsible for understanding and translating business needs into innovative product designs that meet customer pain points and drive business success.
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct sprint planning and manage Agile processes to ensure timely delivery of product features.
- Develop and maintain product documentation including specifications, user stories, and release plans.
- Monitor and analyse product performance metrics, user feedback, and support requests to iterate on the product and drive improvements.
- Champion the product internally and externally, providing product expertise and support as needed.
- Ensure alignment of product initiatives with company goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a technology-driven company.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a proactive approach to fostering collaboration and driving initiatives forward.
- Ability to translate business strategy and user needs into product requirements.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in conducting competitor analysis and using findings to drive product strategy.
- Knowledge of sprint planning and Agile development practices.
- Knowledge of design software, such as Figma is a plus.
