**YOUR ROLE**:

- Collaborate with Data Engineers to operationalize pipelines for model training, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Use GenAI for productivity enhancements (automated code generation, testing, documentation).
- Implement best practices for model governance, risk management, and responsible AI.
- Deliver insights and AI products for **Financial Services, Healthcare, Maritime, and Retail** clients.

**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE**
- 8+ years of experience in Data Science / AI roles.
- Strong background in **GenAI**, LLMs, NLP, and model fine-tuning.
- Hands-on with at least one public cloud (**Azure preferred**, AWS or GCP acceptable).
- Python proficiency (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, MLflow).

**GOOD TO HAVE**
- Familiarity with **Azure OpenAI**, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI.
- MLOps tooling (Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI pipelines, Azure ML).
- Domain expertise in **Financial Services, Healthcare, Maritime, or Retail**.
- Knowledge of AI governance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS, GDPR, PDPA).
