**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Leadership**: Contribute to and mentor a team of Product and Business Analysts providing firsthand guidance and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- **Data Warehousing**: Work with data engineering teams to interface with data warehouse solutions like Snowflake for data analytics and reporting.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams both internally and externally, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- **Team Development**: Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, fostering their professional growth and skill development.

**Qualifications**:

- 6+ years of Product and Business Analyst experience, displaying technical expertise, leadership, strategic vision, and successful project and team management.
- Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders at the C-Suite level to drive technology strategy and align it with organizational goals.
- Business knowledge of the deal lifecycle for alternative investments and products spanning fundraising, deal sourcing and due diligence, to portfolio management and monitoring.
- Experience cleaning, transforming, and joining financial and alternative data to produce data analytics and visualizations. Knowledge of Life Science, Clinical Trial, Royalty, and Patent data is a plus.
- Deep understanding of data warehouse solutions, especially Snowflake, is a plus.
- Demonstrated exceptional leadership and communication skills, particularly in leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- A self-starting, entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to quickly adapt to modern technologies and industry trends.
- A commitment to teaching, coaching, and mentoring team members, coupled with the ability to make substantial individual contributions.
- A commitment to ensuring that the team consistently delivers high-quality solutions and facilitates effective communication and feedback within the team.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with demonstrated leadership experience in similar roles.
