**Responsibilities**:

- Technical Lead : Lead & manage developers towards achieving project & support goals. Improve developers technical & analytical skills. Take ownership of technical issues, and work with internal/ cross functional/ external team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary. Collaborate with team members in all aspect of software design, coding, testing, documentation & deployment;
- Delivery : Gather, document and analyze business requirements to define scope of software development initiatives. This include web/mobile page mock-ups and interaction prototyping. As per technical design accountability, development, code review & maintaining code integrity.
- Support/Operations : Troubleshoot and implement bug fixes related to client and user reported issues.
- Demand & Productivity Management :Perform self-effort estimation (man days), gain agreement, and plan & execute work efficiently to deliver ahead of schedule. Aim to over achieve in terms of productivity and quality.

Job requirements:

- Degree in IT/Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines with at least 10 years' relevant experience in system software development;
- Must have solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming;
- Experience in open platform technologies (i.e. Java Spring Boot, SQL, Oracle and Microservices);
- Experience in leading a small work team of 2 to 10 members including developing and managing team work;
- Backend programming certifications preferred;
- Analytical and systematic thinking and methodical organization;
- Knowledge of Java, Springboot, Microservices, SQL, Oracle, etc.
- Independent, proactive and service oriented with good stakeholders management skills;
