**About the Company**

Our Client is a global leader in enterprise asset management technology, delivering impactful analytics solutions for a wide range of industries.

**Responsibilities**:
We’re looking for a driven innovative **Director of Client Delivery** to lead a distributed team of consultants and developers, and drive success in projects from implementation, delivery to support.
- Lead efforts to enhance value for stakeholders in the region;
- Oversee project success, maintain client relationships, and optimize team performance;
- Ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction;
- Managing project planning, scheduling, and coordination;
- Collaborating with practice leads for resource management;
- Building and mentoring a high-performing team;
- Developing staffing plans to meet client needs;
- Supporting pre-sales activities to achieve company objectives;
- Upholding company culture and fostering a positive work environment;
- Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to team members;
- Communicating client updates to management teams regularly.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary education in engineering, computer science or a relevant discipline;
- Experience in software delivery and deployment, preferably serving a similar industry;
- Experience in client relationship management;
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a geographically-distributed team;
- Ability to identify opportunities in an evolving business environment;
- Ability to learn quickly and adopt new and innovative ideas to create value;
- Excellent communication skills, towards clients, partners and other stakeholders.

**Employment Details***:

- Regional travel may be required;
Hybrid / remote work based in offices in Asia Pacific region.
