Symptoms that indicate one or more of these areas needs to be addressed include:
- Leadership Challenges
- Missing Targets or Deadlines
- Disengaged Employees
- Retention of Staff
- Poor or Inconsistent Behaviours Exhibited by Staff or Leadership Lack of Collaboration Between Key Divisions or Staff
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support and assist with business operations & reporting.
- Assists in programme curation.
- Assists in trainings to ensure smooth running of programmes & client’s objectives are met.
- Ensure smooth running of training programmes and processes.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders/vendors.
- Facilitate learner/customer experience for ongoing training programs.
- Design, develop and collate feedback materials from classroom sessions.
- Prepare training feedback report presentations for the client’s review.
- Schedule meetings and interviews
- Support Director with clients’ meetings
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates are most welcome
- Diploma in Business/Human Resources or equivalent.
- Being curious, driven and eager to explore & ideate.
- Passionate about learning and business.
- A team player with extraordinary interpersonal skills.
- Strong administrative, time-management and organisational skills.
