**Senior Associate / Deputy Manager (Maternity Cover - 5 months)**:

The incumbent will be a member of the SUTD Career Development Centre and supporting the undergraduate Local and Overseas Internship.

Key Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Supporting the administration of Local and Overseas Internship.
- Co-ordinating the development of internship by ensuring students are successfully matched to the companies.
- Administering any funding and claims allowances for students.
- Maintaining the Internship Portal and providing support to upload the job descriptions provided by the employers.
- Ensuring that the students successfully complete their internships with the timely submission of reports, posters, evaluation assessments and printing of certificates.
- Preparing presentation slides and reports on internship.

Interested applicants should possess the following:

- A recognised diploma/degree in any discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in an Institute of Higher Learning, experience in the internship administration is preferred.
- A mature worker, who is resourceful and able to work independently and also as part of a bigger team.
- Good IT and administrative skills, must be comfortable in using the Portal
- Good interpersonal, communication, administration and presentation skills.
- Outgoing and comfortable interacting with employers and students.
- Adaptable, resourceful and self-motivated.
- Must be familiar with Excel (pivot tables)
- Ability to work with diverse people and management
