**Job Descriptions**

1. Assist in the planning and coordination of plumbing works

2. Assign and supervise the work of plumbing personnel engaged in the installation, repair, and maintenance of water, air, gas, drainage, steam, and hot water heating and distribution systems.

3. Supervise and inspect the installation and repair of plumbing pipes, sinks, traps, valves, faucets, vents, pumps and related equipment, fixtures, and apparatus.

4. Work closely with Project Engineer/team to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects.

5. Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and on completion; participated in the more complex plumbing tasks.

6. Confer with Project Engineer/team on proposed plumbing projects and made recommendations when required

**Requirements**:
1. Relevant certificate/diploma in plumbing and maintenance, preferably with plumbing licence.

2. At least 3 years or more of relevant working experience.

3. Able to work independently with minimum supervision

4. Good oral and written communication skills

5. Details oriented

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
