Responsibilities:

- Brew and expertly serve high-quality bubble tea beverages
- Prepare food items i.e. waffle making, dessert in cup and other menu items at our take-away kiosk.
- Take customer orders and process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kiosk, including the counter and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
- Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

- No previous experience required. We welcome all nationalities to apply.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
