**The Role**:
You shall be assisting the Departmental Manager to ensure the sustainability objectives of the company are fulfilled.

**The Key Tasks**:

- Develop the ACE volunteer pool and manage volunteers for E-drives, school & community outreach
- Plan and execute external annual events -CDC events, Clean & Green events and so forth
- Focus and plan community programs at district, town and national levels
- Collaborate with the team to increase participation volume at all programs, e-drives and similiar events
- Support school & community outreach programs targetting at the various age groups
- Develop new marketing and collection campaigns to reach out to all citizens and residents

**Pre-requisites**:

- Tertiary education in any discipline, preferably in Business Admin/Marketing/Social Sciences
- 2 -3 years of proven track record in outreach programs
- Hands-on team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Innovative mindset with good business sense
- Willing to work some weekends as part of outreach events
