One of our key clients, a highly established private bank globally, is currently seeking an excellent individual with credit structuring and Lombard experience to join their team in Singapore at Director level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with Relationship Managers and Market Heads, you will manage both Lombard and Structured transactions, handle complex transactions such as insider single stock lending, exotic structures etc
- You will lead wealth management transactions while working closely with CIB lending teams, and assisting RM in client meetings
- Conduct credit research, preparing credit proposals, and overseeing post-approval execution
- Provide advice on credit-related matters, monitor transactions, and contribute to accurate reporting
- Ensure compliance with credit policies, regulatory guidelines and implement control policies
- Be involved in team projects, providing training to new joiners

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 12-15 years' relevant experience in credit structuring and Lombard transactions
- Team player, detail oriented and ability to work on tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills
