**Resource Solutions and the Client**
We have worked in partnership with our clients supplying recruitment services globally since 2007. Our consultative service focuses on partnering with our clients at a strategic level, ensuring that we provide a high level of relationship management and market insights to key stakeholders and hiring managers.
Operationally, we are responsible for delivering the following core services through our delivery teams in Asia.
- Permanent, temporary and contractor recruitment across all levels and business areas (RPO and MSP)
- Advisory services including diverse hiring, assessments and employer brand and experience
**About the Role**
The Recruitment Partner owns and manages a disciplined, consistent end-to-end recruitment process, from intake & planning, to sourcing then selection and assessment, on to the interview and finally to hire. She/he also manages ad hoc projects on an “as needs” basis and may drive special programs for the business as needed.
**Responsibilities**:
- In partnership with the Hiring Manager (HM) and the HRBP, oversee and manage the recruitment for live roles from internal approval through to offer and on-boarding.
- Owns the recruitment process management including stakeholder management, compliance (internal hiring policies and external local legislations) as well as the “control” of the recruitment process.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand and continuously validate demand plans.
- Work with team leaders and direct sourcing function to ensure building appropriate sourcing channels and talent pooling relevant to the business units including diversity hiring programs.
- To contribute to business reviews and agency briefings where appropriate with knowledge and expertise related your business areas.
- Generate offer proposals and obtain management and HR approvals.
- Actively contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes for the Client.
- To act as the key point of contact for escalations and challenges.
- To conduct regular service reviews with key business stakeholders ensuring communication of all continuous improvement activities understood by the business and embedded.
- Works in partnership with RPO providers/colleagues across the APAC region to achieve key hiring metrics.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment (ideally in an in-house or global RPO model) preferably in Banking or Financial Services industries ideally gained within Corporate Banking, Investment Banking covering an Infrastructure portfolio (ideally including IT hiring).
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) including well-honed project management skills, ideally on global recruitment projects and with experience of successfully managing expectations of senior stakeholders.
- Experience in managing hiring for infrastructure (ideally technology specific) roles including both ‘bulk hiring’ and niche while ensuring 100% compliance including all local legislation and client hiring policies or processes.
- A strong track record recruiting banking role is essential, ideally front office or wealth management roles.
- Experience in managing recruitment for junior through senior level hiring (Director level at least) including complex salary proposal and offer management.
