We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our company. With over 25 years of experience in this interior design industry, our company has worked on a vast portfolio of projects including residential, commercial and retail spaces. We strongly believe in giving young talents the opportunities to learn and grow with us.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Work closely with interior designer team on client servicing and design drawings
- Lead discussion with clients to propose and explain design brief
- Oversee the project from start to finish, serving as the key liaison personnel for clients
- Develop operational work schedule briefs
- Communicate and coordinate with other relevant stakeholders (ie. supplier, sub-contractors and governmental regulatory agencies) to ensure project timelines and regulations are adhered
- Conduct on-site inspection to ensure quality workmanship are achieved

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead and influence to drive consensus with different stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Has a creative flair for interior aesthetics and keen eye for details
- Strong ownership and proactive in learning
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in AutoCAD is a plus

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma/Degree holder preferably in Interior Design, but not required
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in sales account management/project management in the interior design field is preferred
