**Responsibilities**

i) **Strategy**
- The Client & Entity Enaablement Hive (CEE) aligned to the Client Coverage business plan, strives to improve and evolve client experience, protect the Bank ensuring compliance to regulations, maximizing process efficiency and effectiveness using technology and human centered design
- This programme management role will perform governance activities across the CEE Hive and is responsible for ensuring that clusters/initiatives within the Hive adhere to the standards prescribed by the Portfolio Management team and the Company's Change Governance Policy
- Performance Management - To administer and facilitate the committees under the Hive structure including management and reporting of risks/impediments to portfolio level governance such as MPR/QPRs
- Portfolio Planning/QPR - Maintain the reporting of key deliveries, metrics updates, Trade-Offs, manage cross hive dependencies capacity asks and new initiative requests
- Develop and maintain project systems such as Clarity, JIRA, SharePoint and the Bridge.
- Actively contribute to the development and administration of the New Ways of Working Investment Management Standards (NWoWS)
- Assurance - Ensure compliance with the quality management standards such as CRA, Go-Live Attestations and support the coordination of responses to audit queries (Internal and External)

**Processes**
- Good knowledge of Agile best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project management/PMO experience
- Strong skillset within Program and Change financials
- End-to-End experience in running governance forums
- PM background. Supporting the PMs and Delivery leads in planning, plan reporting and change request process
- Working level experience in managing financials, risks, issues and general upkeep of programme particulars on the Clarity Tool
- Previous experience of Banking project management standards and requirements would be a great advantage
- Proficiency with related software tools including JIRA, MS Excel, etc.

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
